De-Canon Investment Limited was incorporated on FEBRUARY 1989 as a multidisciplinary investment firm. DE-CANON is a member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and also registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an Issuing House and Stockbroker and very active as an indispensable link in the financial intermediation process for the development of both the capital and money market products. We bring our professional expertise to bear on our services of arranging public issues and private placements of equity, debt instruments such as Bond, Debenture and all future capital market transactions, stockbroking, portfolio management/investment advisory, loan syndications, bills discounting, corporate restructuring, venture capital, Trade/LPO financing, among others.

We are particular about developing relationships and understanding with our clients and executing our tasks diligently and creatively with the highest standards of professional practice. We complement our efforts with inputs from first class consulting companies both within and outside Nigeria and use the state of the art equipment in information technology. Moreover, we are adequately capitalised to provide a solid base for our operations. From an initial level
of N300, 000.00 at incorporation, our paid up share capital has risen to N60million with total shareholders fund standing at N68,000,000million as at 31st December, 2002. There are concluding plans to further shore this share capital up to N100million.

We are presently located on the 4th floor Wesley House, 21-22 Marina in the central business district of Lagos. To ensure wider reach, we have established a branch office at Onitsha and intend to follow up with additional branches in Port Harcourt and Abuja.
